PROGRAM 1 - (1. Day)
Bride & Groom, will be taken by limousine from airport to the hotel. A Photographer and videographer and dron will shoots while they are taken from airport and bringing to the Hotel. Later on, these records will be used to Marriage Story Clip.
Welcome Cocktail at Green area of the Hotel.
Welcome ceremony by Traditional Ottoman
Military Band show with live music.
Every young lady is the princess of her own fairy tale at her wedding.
PROGRAM 2 - (2. Day)
Mehndi Ceremony Venue
(Green Area) (12.00–16.00 o’clock)
Bride & Groom will come to the ceremony with a yatch from sea.
- Venue will be prepared for Mehndi Ceremony.
- A Special platform will be set for Bride & Groom.Gazebo (Mandap) will set at platform in fuchsia and pink Colour. Place for Bride & Groom will decorated by chiffon and fresh flowers. Two Indian thematic armchair will set for Bride & Groom.Carpets and matresses will lay to ground.Wooden stairs which will be designed with special decors, imitation and fresh flowers and lanterns will be put to the right and the left side of a special made wooden garden door will be located to the entrance of Mehndi Ceremony venue. 10 columns will set at bridal walk path and flower arrangamnents.
- At walkway 10 Bistro tables will set and covered with colorful table cloth and tables will be designed with pink and fuchia chiffon fabrics and bowties. Bistro tables will be set with vases with fresh
flowers.
- Round and long tables will set for guests.Colourfull satin fabrics will use as tablecloth.
Golden colour underplates will set on table. Napkin bracelet will set for each napkins and each one of the napkin will tie with ribbons which will set in the same colour of table clothes. Fresh flowers arrangements will set in accessories on the table. Red, Fuchsia, White, Green and Orange cloths chairs will set for Tıffany white chairs and will be coloured with colorful tulles.
- 30 triple white leather couches will set with 15 white coffe tables. Colourfull pillows will set on the couches.Fresh flower arrangements will set on coffee tables in accessories.
- A Candy Bar will be set at the green area of palace for guests. Decoration will be designed with same concept lanterns, and flowers. Chocolate, Confectionery, Sweet snacks, Turkish delights will set in special glass accesories. Silver vases will designed by fowers, glasses will decorated by pearls, white rose and crystals.
- Open buffet Lunch At Green area of Titanic Mardan Palace– Alcoholic & Nonalcoholic beverage. (Cost of the menu will be will be reported to you by hotel within acommodation price.)
- Professional DJ, Sound System, DJ mixer and microphone. You can bring CD with Indian music you’d like to be played with yourself.
- Live music, STREET BAND. 6 musicians (60minutes).
- A professional Hair dresser will come to the hotel for the Bride (Service for 1,5 hours)
- A professional make-up specialist will come to the hotel for the bride for 24 hour permanency and for the face mask Fixler Spray will be used. Natural looking silk eyelashes will be fixed (Service for 1,5 hours).
- Indian henna will be applied to the hands and feet of the bride. We recommend you to bring Indian henna material and a professional henna artist from the own home country.
- 2 professional full HD quality videographers. Videographers will be done with drone air video.
- Between 2500 to 3500 photos in JPEG format will be taken by 3 professional
- Ebru Artist, (Traditional art of painting on water, Marbling, an artist will paint Ebru during a ceremony and it will given to guests as a gift.)
- Two cartoonist artists will draw caricatures and they will given to guests as a gift.
- Flower arrangements and the decoration of the venue done by a professional staff.
- Transfer and transportation of the staff/team and necessary materials.
AFTER PARTY-(24.00 – 02.30 o’clock) Indoor disco with DJ and Unlimithed local alcohol and soft drinks.
PROGRAM 3- (2. Day evening)
Sangeet Ceremony at Ballroom or Outdoor Area : (Time: 20.00 – 24.00)
- Coctail at Foyer: One glass coctail will be served to guests.
Bistro tables will be covered with pearl color satins and funchia colored runners will be put. Fresh colorful flowers inside of glass vases will set on bistro tables.
- At the ballroom salon entrance, 10 metal stand will be decorate with seasonal fresh flowers with
swarovski. The stands will set at bridal walk path and decorated with seasonal flowers.
- Venue (ballroom salon) will set for Sangeet ceremony. Stage will set and a Gazebo (Mandap) for Bride and Groom will prepared. Stage will decorate with fuchsia colour chiffon fabrics and with fuschia, pink and orange flowers. Special seat for bride and groom will set on stage with matress and coffee tables. Robotic lights will light the stage from ground.
- Also a special bridal table will set. Cubic mirros will set on table for decoration. Golden colour vazes will set on cubic mirrors.Fuschia, Pink and Orange colour flower arrangements will use for decotration of goldencolour vazes. Swarovski stoned under plates will be set up.candles and candle holders also will be set up. Unique glasses will be decorated for bride and groom.
- Long and round tables will set. Pink satin table cloths will lay on tables. Lace runners will lay on tables. Yellow colour gilding glass vases will put on table and decorated with Fuchsia, pink and orange fresh seasonal flowers, Cubic Mirrors will set under vazes. Golden coloured suplas will put under dishes on table. Pearl napkin bracelets will use on duni napkins, Candle holders will use to decorate tables. Golden colour tiffany chairs will bow tie with Fuchsia and pink colour fabrıcs and tulles.
- Open Buffet – Sangeet (Unlimited alcoholic & nonalcoholic beverages (4 hours)

PROGRAM 5 – (3. Day) (Time: 14.00-18.00)
Wedding Ceremony will start in the garden area after the lunch
Baraat Ceremony
The groom will come to the wedding venue on a white horse, accompanied by 6 Drums and passing in between 20 Ottoman janissaries. The relatives of the groom will come to the place, where bride and her relatives will be waiting. There will be aerial video shooting with Drone and shoulder camera records and photography shootings.
PROGRAM 6 (3.Day) (will be at green area)
VARMALA Traditional Religious Ceremony
- Bride will be brought to the marriage area by 4 Ottoman soldieres on decorated sedan-chair fabrics and flowers
- A stage will set at venue at Green area Gazebo (Mandap) will set on stage and will decorated with
fabrics and fresh takates flowers.2 seats will be placed for bride & groom. The venue will be decorated with seasonal local fresh flowers.Bistro tables will be prepared and will be decorated with fabrics for guests who will watch the ceremony by standing.
- On the table will be vases with fresh flowers.Seating arrangement will set with wooden chairs and will decorate with colourfull tulles. Chairs on bridal walk path will decorate with flowers.
- 6 columns will set on bridal walkway and colourfull fresh flowers will use for decoration. Carpet will roll on bridal walkway and roses leafs will pour on carpet.
- Red rose leaves will be thrown from the air by paragliding on them whenbride and the groom meets.(The names of the bride and groom will be written on the paraglide. The parachutist will give the garland flowers necklaces to bride and groom).
- After religios ceremony 2 white doves will be released by the couple as a symbol for luck.
- Areial video shooting by Drone. 3 professional photographer and 2 cameramen will serve.
- Professional DJ and DJ setup. Sound system and michrophone will set.
- Open Buffet:Varmala Snack Buffet, Unlimited Lochal beverage and soft drinks(4hrs)

PROGRAM 7 - (3. Day Evening)
Wedding Dinner Reception Titanic Mardan Palace Ballroom(Time:21.00–24.00) At entrance door of balroom, white color columns will be set up and will be designed by theme colored satin fabrics and decorate with fresh flowers. 2 sides of the door will be docarated by 4 sizes cylinder glass vasez . these vases will be filled with water and transparent Stones.
Fresh flowers , Calla, and roseswill be putten inside the vases and will be adorned by floating candels. Between the vases, mirrors will be set up on the floor and candles will be on top of them.
Place will be lighten by projectors. The initials of Bride’s and Groom’s names will written on a special board and will be placed at the entrance. 2 gold coloured jardinieres decorated with artificial flowers will be set up under the board.
Bridal Table
- A special bridal table
will be prepared on stage on platform for bride & groom. Decoration will be prepared in the fund behind the table with fabrics in fuchsia colour tones and will be decorated with fresh flowers. And it will lighten on runners big ovel shape fresh flower arrangement will set up.
Runners will be placed onto table. Glass accessories with colorful flowers will be placed on table corners.Mirror in Buta motif with Swarovski crystals will be set up on table. Candles in candleholders with Swarovski stones will be placed on those mirrors.Underplates with Swarovski crystals will be used.2 Small different size vases will be placed on the table.2 roses will be tied up to the vases with colourful ribbon. Vases will be filled with water and transparent stones and floating candles will be placed in the vases.
- Round and long tables will set at ballroom. Tables will covered with colorful satin, tiffany woodenchairs will decorate with organza smilar decoration colour of ballroom. Runners will lay on tables. Mirrors will set at center of tables for decoration.Big footed glass vases will put on tables and decorate with fresh flowers.glasssuplas will set under dishes on tables.Napkins will be tie with decoration colour satin ribbons and napkin bracelet will use. Candles will use to decorate tables.
- Special glasses will be prepared for bride & groom.
- Sand ceremony for bride and groom.
