PROGRAM 1 - (1. Day)

Welcome Cocktail at Hotel Entrance(non-alcoholic beverage will be served)

Live music, 2 drum and Indian music will be played using portable speaker

PROGRAM 2 - (2. Day)

Mehndi Ceremony Venue(Green area at Hotel)(13.00–17.00 o’clock)

MEHNDI CEREMONY (At Lunch)

1. Venue will be prepared for Mehndi Ceremony. A Special platform will be set for Bride & Groom’s special scene.Two special armchairs in Indian theme will be set for the Bride and Groom. A Gazebo will be decorated specially with coloured fabrics and flowers. The carpets andmattresses will be put on the floor. Fresh flowers will be prepared for decoration. A wooden Altar will set at entrance of Venue and decorated with artificial flowers. 6 footed metal stand will set at bridal walk path and fabric artificial flower arrangements will set on it.Lanterns and Wooden Accessories will be for decoration.
2. White wooden lacquered chairs will be set up in order and decorated with colorful chiffon bow ties. 15 bistro table will be set up and decorated with satin and chiffon bow ties. Fresh flowers will be set up at the center of the tablewith accessories.
3. OPEN BUFFET – Lunch, Unlimited Alcoholic &Nonalcoholic beverage (Menu 1) (4 hour)
4. Sound System, DJ mixer, microphone and a professional DJ. You can bring CD with Indian music you’d like to be played with yourself.
5. Live music, STREET BAND (6 people, 60 min)
6. 40m² dance floor
7. A professional Hair dresser will come to the Hotel for the Bride (Service for 1,5 hours).
8. A professional make-up specialist will come to the hotel for the bride for 24 hour permanency and the face mask Fixler Spray will be used. Natural looking silk eyelashes will be fixed (Service for 1,5 hours).
9. Indian henna will be applied to the hands and feet of the bride. We recommend you to bring Indian henna material and a professional henna artist from the own home country.
10. Ceremony will be recorded in full HD quality by 1 professional videographer. Drone shooting for video.
11. Ceremony will be shot by 2 professional photographers. Between 1000 to 1500 photos in JPEG format will be taken.
12. An English speaking wedding consultant for the couple during the day
13. 2 English speaker wedding consultant Managers.
14. Flower arrangements and the decoration of the venue done by a professional staff.
15. Transfer and transportation of the staff/team and necessary materials.

PROGRAM 3- (2. Day Evening)

Wedding Dinner Reception on the Terrace by the Sea (20.00 – 24.00 o’clock)

Special board with bride & groom's names will be placed one the entrance. 2 gold coloredjardinières decorated with artificial flowers will be set up under the board.

Bridal Table

1. The venue will be prepared for wedding ceremony. Bridal table will be set up on the stage. The Bridal table will be prepared special in colours of couple's dresses.
   Runners will be laid on it. Table will be decorated with flowers and other accessories. Under plates will be set up the suplas, the napkins will be tied with napkins bracelet. On the Table will be setup glasscandles and candle holders also will be set up.
   Stage will be light up with colourful projectors.
2. The bride and groom table will be decorated specially. Round and long tables will be decorated with satins. Lace runners will be rolled on tables. Big Glass vases decorated with local seasonal fresh flowers will be put on square mirror in the middle of the table, Crystal Stones will be placed on the sides of vases. On the table under the plates will be put glass mirror napkin bracelets bows made of decorative satin ribbons in the color of the napkin. Beautiful Candles will be set up. Tiffany chairs will be decorated with vibrant coloured tulles.
3. Special glasses will set for Bride & Groom.
4. Open Buffet – Wedding Dinner Reception Unlimited alcoholic & nonalcoholic drinks (4 hours)(Menu 4)
5. Special designed 5-layer wedding cake- it will be decorated with imitation flowers and satin bow ties.10 volcano fire- works show.
6. Professional DJ (Indian music). You can bring CD with Indian music you’d like to be played with yourself.
7. 3x4=12 m² LED , 2 Truss and lights/8 lightst spots/sound system/ 20 m2 podium for orchestra/ technician

12. 2 exclusive professional photographers will take 1000 to 1500 pictures in JPEG format.
13. Professional video recording withactual shoulder camera.(A Wedding Story will be prepared. Original videos and photos taking in all ceremonies will be given in the hard disk.
14. A professional Hair dresser will come to the Hotel for the Bride make a new hair preparation (Service for 1,5 hours).
15. A professional make-up specialist will come to the hotel for the bride and make a new makeup.for 24 hour permanency and for the face mask Fixler Spray will be used. Natural looking silk eyelashes will be fixed (Service for 1,5 hours).
16. An English speaking member of our Team (wedding consultant) will assist the couple during day
17. 2 English speaker wedding consultant Managers for guests.
18. Flower arrangements and the decoration of the venue will be done by a professional staff.
19. Transfer and transportation of the staff/ team and necessary materials.
