PROGRAM 1 - (1. Day – Between 18.00-20.00)
Welcome Cocktail Upon Hotel Check-in
- Ottoman style marble pool,15 Bistro tables will be placed surrounding the pool area. The bistro tables will be decorated with ivory colour chiffon, turquoise colour runners and small vases including fresh flowers. In the centre, a white wrought-iron wedding arch will be decorated using flowers with a specially decorated cocktail table for the bride and the groom. The middle area will be left empty as a dancing area.
- Indian music will be played using portable speaker.
- Photograph, video and drone shootings will be used in wedding clip.
- Cocktails, Local alcohols and soft beverages, chips, nuts will be served (2 hours)
PROGRAM 2 - (2. Day – Between 16.00-18.00)
MEHNDI CEREMONY / CLUB ARMA RESTAURANT
Mehndi Ceremony Venue (On the small terrace of Club Arma restaurant)(Hotel, Arma Restaurant, Hotel Transfer)
Venue will be prepared for Mehndi Ceremony. A Special platform will be prepared for Bride & Groom. Gazebo (Mandap) will set at platform. Place for Bride & Groom will decorated by colourful chiffon and fresh flowers. Two Indian thematic armchair will set for Bride & Groom.
For the guests, the chairs will be decorated with velvet cloth and bows mode of ribbons. Carpets and mattresses will be laid to the ground. 50 wooden chairs for guests will be decorated with colorful ribbons. Mattresses will be placed on the floor. Wooden arch will be installed at the entrance of the venue where the ceremony will be held, emissivity will be decorated with flowers and fabrics, 10 bistro tables will be prepared, bistro tables will be covered with satin covers and designs will be made with colorful flowers.- Cocktails, Local alcohols and soft beverages, chips, nuts, snacks will be served (2 Hours)
- Indian henna will be applied to the hands and feet of the bride. We recommend you to bring Indian henna material and a professional henna artist from the own home country.
PROGRAM 3-(Between 18.00-24.00)
Mehndi dinner: (on the big terrace of Club Arma Restaurant)
- Lanterns and large round glass vases will be placed on the entrance stairs of the terrace and on the Bride's walkway. Live flowers will be arranged in the vases, and candles floating in water will be placed inside.
- A rustic decoration with wooden tables and wooden chairs will be prepared for dinner on the large terrace of Club Arma Restaurant. Designs will be made with vibrant green leaves and live flowers on the wooden tables, candles will be placed in 3-size cylinder glass vases, live rose petals will be placed in the water in 3-size glass, candles will be placed in goblets and floating on them. Honey-colored glass supla will be placed under the plates at the table. Cloth napkins will be specially folded and live flowers will be placed between them. The table will be decorated with very rich candles.
- Professional DJ.Sound system, DJ mixer, microphone and (Indian music). You can bring your music CD that you want to be played.
- 1 pts.. 3x4-12m2 Led screen, 2 legged Truss and light system 8 spot lights/technical responsible person. The names of the bride and groom will be written on the cliffs in the historical kaleici with a laser.
- TABLE SERVICE MENU Local alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverage (4 hours – 18.00-22.00)
- A professional Hair dresser will come to the Hotel for the Bride (Service for 1.5 hours).
- A professional make-up specialist will come to the hotel for the bride. For 24 hour permanency and for the face mask Fixer Spray will be used. Natural looking silk eyelashes will be fixed (Service for 1.5 hours).
- 2 professional videographers will record thein Full HD resolution. In addition, drones will be used for aerial shootings. (Whole day)
- Ceremony will be accompanied by 2 professional photographers. (Whole day). 1500 to 2000 photos in JPEG format will be taken.
- An English speaking wedding consultant for the couple during the day
- 2 assistant hostesses to care with guests.
- Flower arrangements and the decoration of the venue done by a professional staff.

PROGRAM 4 (3.Day) Haldi Ceremony (On the Green Area)
1st Ceremony: Between 10.00-12.00/2nd Ceremony: Between 12.00-14.00
An available venue will set at saloon for Haldi Ceremony. Mattresses and rugs will lay on ground. Indian music will be played by a portable speaker.
Aerial video shooting by Drone. Shooting will be done with 1 photographer and 1 videographer
(We recommend you to bring your traditional accessoires for the ceremony)
PROGRAM 5 (3.Day)
Afternoon Gulet Yacht Trip and Night Entertainment (Between 16.00 - 22.00)
- Dinner, unlimited local drinks for 4 hours.

PROGRAM 6-7 (4. Day) (Between 11.00-13.00)
BARAAT CEREMONY (Starting at the Green Area)
The groom will come to the wedding venue accompanied by 2 Drums. The relatives of the groom will come to the VARMALA place with entertainments, where bride and her relatives will be waiting. video shooting and photography plus aerial video shooting with Drone. Indian music will be played using portable speaker. Drummers will keep the rhythm.

- Traditional Religious Ceremony A stage will set on the green area Gazebo (Mandap) will set on stage and will decorated with fabrics and fresh flowers. 4 special seats will be placed for bride & groom. The venue will be decorated with seasonal local fresh flowers.
- Bistro tables will be prepared and will be decorated with fabrics for guests who will watch the ceremony by standing. Seating arrangement will set with wooden chairs and will decorate with colourful tulles. Chairs on bridal walk path will decorate with flowers.
- 6 columns will set on bridal walkway and colourful fresh flowers will use for decoration. Red rose petals will be thrown on the walking path of bride.
- Aerial video shooting by Drone. 2 professional photographer and 2 cameramen will serve

Cocktail in Green Area By The Sea:
15 bistro tables will be placed, and bistro tables will be covered with ivory satin fabric. Turquoise runners will be placed on the tables, and live flowers will be placed in small vases on the tables.

Wedding ceremony In A'la Carte Restaurant by the Sea: (Between 19.00 - 24.00)
A board will be prepared with the names of the bride and the groom written on it. The board will be decorated further with imitation flowers, and two golden cubes
Bridal Table
The venue will be prepared for wedding ceremony. Bridal table will be set up on the stage.The Bridal table will be prepared with runners, accessories, flowers, Swarovski table chargers.The napkins will be decorated with Swarovski ring bracelets. The candles on the table will be decorated using Swarovski jewelleries.The stage will be lighting will be done using colourful projectors.
- Round and long tables will be decorated using ivory satins and chiffon. Fuchsia runners will be rolled on tables.Big Glass vases decorated with local seasonal fresh flowers will be put on square mirror in the middle of the table, will be placed on the tables. Under plates and napkin bracelets will be used. Candles will be set up. Tiffany chairs will be decorated with ivory chiffon. Fuchsia flowers will be placed between bows.
- Special glasses will set for Bride & Groom.
Wedding Cake Ceremony– Between 19.30-20.00
- Special designed 5-layer imitation wedding cake- it will be decorated with imitation flowers and satin bow ties. + 20 volcano fire- works show. The actual pre-sliced wedding cake will be served to the guests.
