0238- Regnum Carya Hotels- 350 PAX

PROGRAM 1 – (1. Day)

Bride & Groom will be taken from the airport with a private helicopter of Regnum to hotel, Photoshoot and video will record during the road to the hotel. welcoming at the airport and also during the road.

This photo shoots and videos will be used in the wedding story clip.

Welcome cocktail at arrival to the hotel. At Hotel entrance ancient Ottoman military band show with live music.

PROGRAM 2 – (1. Day)

MEHNDI CEREMONY (12:00 – 16:00 o’clock)

1. The venue will be decorated for the Mehndi ceremony. Big arbour at the green area will be decorated with colourfull chiffon, tulles and fresh flowers.
   Dance and Entertainment will be set here

A Special gazebo will be prepared for the bride and groom. The gazebo will be adorned with chiffon and tulles2 special seats in Indian style will be prepared for bride and groom. The ground will be covered with carpets and floor cushions.

The henna ceremony will be held in the green area at poolside of the villa. Trees at the venue will be decorated in different coloured fabrics and fresh flowers and each of them will be lighted with different coloured fabrics and fresh flowers.

For the entrance of the Mehendi ceremony venue special garden door will be set up and will be decorated with fresh flowers. Right, and the left sides of the door, two wooden ladders will be set and decorate by flowers and lanterns.

6 high metal stands with flower arrangements will be placed on the bridal walkway. Stands will be adorned with fresh flowers.

The entrance of the Mehndi venue will be decorated by Unique garden door with accessories and fresh flowers

Bridal Table

1. A special bridal table will be prepared. Colourful runners will be laid on the table.
   The table will be decorated with accessories and fresh flowers. Underplates will be placed on the table. Bowties of satin ribbons will be used as napkin bracelets. Candleholders and candles with Swarovski crystals will be used for decorations. Chairs will be decorated with fresh flowers and tulles.
2. Round tables will be prepared for guests. Tables and Tiffany chairs will be adorned with satin and colourful chiffon. Colourful runners and underplates will be placed on tables. Fresh flower arrangements will be placed to small logs on tables. Tables will be adorned with special flower decor. Bowties of colourful satin ribbons will be used as napkin bracelets.
3. Open buffet – Lunch – Unlimited Local beverage and soft drinks. (Vegetarian Menu 1)
4. Professional DJ, Sound System, DJ mixer (Indian music). You can bring a CD with Indian music you’d like to be played with yours.
5. 50 m² dance floor
6. Live music, STREET BAND (6 persons; Street Band, 60 min)
7. 2 tarot readers, 2 caricature artists
8. A professional Hairdresser will come to the Hotel for the Bride (Service for 1,5 hours)
9. A professional make-up specialist will come to the hotel for the bride. for 24 hour permanency and for the face mask Fixler Spray will be used. Natural-looking silk eyelashes will be fixed (Service for 1,5 hours)
10. Indian henna will be applied to the hands and feet of the bride. We recommend you to bring Indian henna material and a professional henna artist from their own home country.
11. The Mehndi ceremony will be recorded in full HD quality by 2 professional videographers and drone shooting (Original unrevised DVD will be delivered + 8- 10-minute video clip will be prepared!).
12. The Mehndi ceremony will be shot by 3 professional photographers. 2000 to 2500 photos in JPEG format will be taken
13. An English speaking wedding consultant for the couple during the day.
14. 3 English speaker wedding consultant Managers to care with guests.
15. Flower arrangements and the decoration of the venue done by a professional staff.
16. Transfer and transportation of the staff/team and necessary materials

PROGRAM 3 – (1. Day)

SANGEET CEREMONY (Time: 20.00 – 24.00 o’clock)

COCKTAIL AT HOTEL’S FOYER AREA OR GREEN AREA AT IN FRONT OF BALLROOM

Bar tables will be prepared at the foyer area. They will be adorned with colourful fabrics. Fresh flower arrangements will be placed on tables.

Chips, buts, crudites and alcoholic - non-alcoholic drinks will be offered for guests.

Live acoustic music - violin, classic guitar, accordion.

Ballroom

1. 8 glass flowerpots with fresh flowers will be placed on the entrance and decorated with tulle bowties in decoration colours. Colourful LED lights will be set up between flowers. 10 volcano fireworks will be placed between flowerpots. Red carpets with rose petals will be rolled on the floor. Bridal Table
2. The venue will be prepared for the Sangeet ceremony. The stage will be decorated with chiffon drapes and fresh flowers in the main colour of the couples’ dresses. The bridal table will be set up on the stage. Board will be prepared behind of table with Chiffon drapes. Colourful projectors will light up the stage.
3. The Bridal table will be prepared especially in colours of couple's dresses. Runners will be laid on it. The table will be decorated with flowers and other accessories. Swarovski stoned under plates will be set up, the napkins will be tied with Swarovski stoned napkins bracelet. Swarovski stoned candles and candle holders also will be set up.
4. Round tables and chairs will be decorated in the main colour of the bride and groom's dresses. Tables will be decorated with purple satins .big glass vases decorated with local seasonal fresh flowers will be placed on the square mirror on the middle of the table. Underplates and napkin bracelets will be used. Beautiful Candles will be set up. Golden coloured Tiffany chairs will be decorated with purple and lilac coloured tulles. chairs will be decorated with the flowers in the same colour as the decoration.

Haldi Ceremony (Time: 10.00 – 12.00 o’clock)

A suitable venue will be prepared at the hall for Mehndi Ceremony. Rugs and mattresses will be placed on the floor. Open Buffet will be decorated with fabric and flowers in colour of decoration. (We recommend you to bring your traditional accessories for the ceremony).

PROGRAM 5– (2. Day) (Time: 14.00-18.00 o’clock)

Wedding Ceremony will start after lunch.

BARAAT CEREMONY

The groom will come to the wedding venue on a white horse, accompanied by 2 Drums. The relatives of the groom will come to the place, where the bride and her relatives will be waiting. Video, photo shooting and

Will be aerial video shooting also with Drone.

VARMALA (at green area)

1. The bride will join to the ceremony by a special red car of regnum. Regnum’s special car will be decorated with special tulle and fresh flowers.
2. At a time when Bride & Groom meet red roses' leaves will be poured by Glider. Bride & Grooms name will be written on Glider.
3. Traditional religious ceremony A Gazebo platform will set at the green area for Bride & Groom and will be decorated with fresh Tagetes flowers
4. There will be Two special seats. The venue will be decorated with local fresh flowers.
5. The seating arrangement will be set with chairs and will be decorated with colourful fabrics.
6. Bistro tables will set and will be decorated with fabrics for part of wedding groups to watch the religious ceremony.
7. Vases will be set on tables and decorated with fresh flowers. An altar will set at the entrance of marriage venue and will be decorated with fresh flowers and with colourfull tulles. 6 gilding colour columns will set to the bridal walkway and will be decorated with fresh flowers.
8. A carpet will set to bridal walkway and roses' leaves will pour on it.
9. Hd video will be recorded by 2 Professional Cameramen. And aerial shoot will be taken with drones.
10. The photoshoot will be taken by 3 professional photographers in jpg format between 2000-2500
11. Sound system and microphone system will be set.
12. OPEN BUFFET: Nuts, Canapes, Pies and Dessert types with Unlimited Local beverage and soft drinks (menu 3)

PROGRAM 5–(2. Day)

Wedding Dinner Reception at the Ballroom of the Hotel (20.00–24.00 o’clock)

At the entrance door of the ballroom, white colour columns will be set up and will be designed by theme coloured satin fabrics and decorate with fresh flowers. 2 sides of the door will be decorated with 4 sizes cylinder glass vases. these vases will be filled with water and transparent Stones. Fresh flowers, Calla, and roses will be putten inside the vases and will be adorned by floating candles. Between the vases, mirrors will be set up on the floor and candles will be on top of them. The place will be lightened by projectors. The initials of Bride’s and Groom’s names will be written on a special board and will be placed at the entrance. 2 gold coloured jardinieres decorated with artificial flowers will be set up under the board

Bridal Table

A platform will set at Wedding ceremony venue for Drapes will set at the backside of Bridal table with red and pink colour fabrics and will decorate with fresh flowers. Bridal tables will set at the platform. Spotlights will set in front of drapes decorated walls. Runners will lay on the Bridal Table. Accessories and flowers will use for decoration. Suplas will set on tables with Swarovski stones. Swarovsky stoned napkin bracelets will use for napkins and Swarovski stoned candles with candle holders will set on the table.

1. At the venue, Round and long tables will be adorned with fuchsia and pink satin. Tiffany wooden chairs will be decorated organza in colours of pink and fuchsia (or any chosen colours). Long yellow gilding vases will put on the square mirrors in the middle of the tables and will be decorated with fresh flowers. Mirror under plates will be placed on tables. Bowties of satin ribbons will be used as napkin bracelets with the same colour of decoration. Tables will be adorned with candles.
