Sofreh Ceremony at Gulet Yacht in Antalya

  1. The Sofreh table will be decorated with ivory satin and chiffon, square glass mirrors will be placed in the middle of the table, and live flowers will be arranged in silver glass vases. Standing mirrors, silver trays, silver decorative plates, candlesticks with crystal stones will be placed on the table, candles will be placed on the table, and small silver candle holders with crystal stones will be placed on the table as accessories. Glass goblets with silver stems will be designed with ivory pearls. Three sizes of ivory colored crystal balls and three sizes of ivory flower balls will be placed in footed glass vases. Live flowers will be arranged on two perforated legs on both sides of the table. Ivory lacquered wood chairs will be tied with ivory chiffons and bows will be made. Flowers will be placed between them. The bridal walking way will be prepared with 6imitation flower arrangements on high metal stands flanked to right and left. A white carpet will be rolled out and red rose leaves will be spread on it.
  2. Turkish Sweets (Baklava, etc.) and seasonal fruits will be served. For each guest 1 glass of champagne and soft drinks will be served. (The guests can bring additional foods and accessories according to the tradition which can be placed to the “Sofreh” table.)
  3. During the wedding ceremony, 2 white doves will be released by the couple as a symbol for luck.
  4. A bottle of champagne for bride and groom.
  5. Sound system, mixer, and a professional DJ (Iranian and International music)
  6. Aerial shooting with a drone

Wedding Dinner Reception at the Gulet Yacht in the Moonlight

  1. Tables and chairs will be decorated with ivory coloured chiffon.Table runners and large and small lanterns decorated with flowers will be placed on thetable, candles will be placed İnto the lanterns. Small glass vases decorated with fresh flowers will be placed on table. Mirror glass underplates are placed under the plates and napkins will be decorated with the decoration color and prepared with ribbon knotted napkin ring. The tables will be decorated with candles. White wooden wedding chairs will be decorated with ivory chiffon and imitation flowers will be decorated into knots.
  2. Special wedding champagne glasses will be prepared for bride and groom.
  3. Special Wedding Dinner Reception, unlimited local alcoholic & non-alcoholic drinks (4 hours)
  4. Special designed 3-layer wedding cake
  5. A bottle of Special Wedding Champagne for Bride & Groom
  6. Sound system, mixer, 4 robot light show from the ground and a professional DJ
  7. Special designed Bridal bouquet and the groom’s collar flower with fresh flowers
  8. A professional Hairdresser will come to the Hotel for the Bride (Service for 1,5 hours)
  9. A professional make-up Artist will come for the bride to the hotel. Resistant to fix spray. Additional silk lashes are installed. (Service for 1,5 hours)
  10. An English-speaking member of our Team (wedding consultant) will assist the couple during the day.
  11. Exclusive professional photographer takes 350 to 700 pictures in JPEG format at the bride’s preparation, marriage ceremony and wedding dinner reception.(hard diskwith unrevised photos will be handed out)
  12. Professional wedding video recording at the bride’s preparation, marriage ceremony and wedding dinner reception. The wedding story video of 8/10 minutes will be prepared. (Original unrevised hard disk will be handed out)
  13. Wedding flower arrangements and the decoration of the venue will be done by a professional staff.
  14. Transfer and transportation of the staff/team and necessary materials
  15. Wedding City Antalya wedding planner team will come to the Hotel at 13.00 and will serve up to 24.00 o’clock.
