0257 – MAXX ROYAL Hotel Kemer - 500 PAX

PROGRAM 1 (1.DAY)

The hotel will be closed for special service for wedding group between October 30th – April 30th.

Bride & Groom will be taken from the airport with a helicopter, will be brought to the Hotel Photographer will take pictures of the couple during the way from the airport to the hotel. This photo shoots will be used in the wedding story clip. Welcome cocktail at arrival to the hotel. At Hotel entrance ancient Ottoman military band show with live music.

PROGRAM 2 (2. Day) MEHNDI CEREMONY( 12:00 – 16:00 o’clock)

1. The venue on the green area on the seaside will be decorated for the Mehndi ceremony. A Special gazebo (Mandap) will be prepared for the bride and groom. A gazebo will be adorned with coloured chiffon and flowers, coloured mattresses and carpet will be laid on flour. 2 special seats in Indian style will be prepared for bride and groom. The venue on the green area on the seaside will be decorated for the Mehndi ceremony. A Special gazebo (Mandap) will be prepared for the bride and groom. The gazebo will be adorned with coloured chiffon and flowers, coloured mattresses and carpet will be laid on flour. 2 special seats in Indian style will be prepared for bride and groom. For the entrance of the Mehndi ceremony venue special wooden garden door will be set up and will be decorated with fresh flowers. Right, and the left sides of the door, two wooden ladders will be set and decorated with flowers and lanterns.6 high metal stands with flower arrangements will be placed on the bridal walkway. Stands will be adorned with fresh seasonal flowers and colourful tulles. At the door entrance, 4 bartender girls will serve the beverages. Hostess superman and modern witch girls will be showing the roads (6 hostesses).
2. A special bridal table will be prepared. Colourful runners will be laid on the table. A table will be decorated with accessories and fresh flowers. Underplates will be placed on the table. Bowties of satin ribbons will be used as napkin bracelets. Candleholders and candles with Swarovski crystals will be used for decorations. Chairs will be decorated with fresh flowers and tulles.
3. Roundtables will be prepared for guests. Tables and will be adorned with satin, Tiffany chairs with colourful chiffon. underplates will be put on tables. The fresh seasonal flower arrangement will be set up on mirrors in the middle of the tables. Bowties of satin ribbons will be used as napkin bracelets.
4. Open buffet – Lunch – Unlimited Local beverage and soft drinks. (Menu will be prepared according to demands, the cost of the menu will be informed by the hotel together with accommodation cost)
5. Professional DJ, Sound System, DJ mixer, microphone (Indian music). You can bring a CD with Indian music you’d like to be played with yourself.
6. 50 m² wooden dance floor
7. Oriental Belly Dance Show (3 dancers; music from CD during 30 min)
8. A tarot reader, a caricaturist who will give the paintings to the guests as a gift, a traditional Ebru artist who paints on the water and give them to the guests as a gift.
9. A professional Hairdresser will come to the Hotel for the Bride (Service for 1,5 hours)
10. A professional make-up specialist will come to the hotel for the bride. Fixler Spray will be used for 24-hour permanency and for the face mask. Natural-looking silk eyelashes will be fixed (Service for 1,5 hours)
11. Indian henna will be applied to the hands and feet of the bride. We recommend you to bring Indian henna material and a professional henna artist from their own home country.
12. The ceremony will be recorded in full HD quality by 2 professional videographers (Original unrevised DVD will be delivered + 8- 10-minute video clip will be prepared) and drone.
13. The ceremony will be shot by 3 professional photographers. 2000 to 2500 photos in JPEG format will be taken
14. An English speaking wedding consultant for the couple during the day.
15. 3 English speaker wedding consultant Managers to care with guests.
16. Flower arrangements and the decoration of the venue done by a professional staff.
17. Transfer and transportation of the staff/team and necessary materials

PROGRAM 3 (2.DAY)

SANGEET CEREMONY

(19.00 – 24.00 o’clock)

The venue will be prepared for the Sangeet ceremony by the poolside. 6 special gazebo decorated with fabric and fresh flowers in the colour of decoration will be set on the pathway of the guests.

The entrance will be decorated with fresh flowers inside of 10 golden pots and between them will be set 20 volcano fireworks. The entrance will be lighted by colourfull robots.

COCKTAIL BY THE POOLSIDE OF HOTEL

Bar tables will be prepared at the foyer area. They will be adorned with colourful fabrics. Fresh flower arrangements will be placed on tables. Chips, nuts, and alcoholic - non-alcoholic drinks will be offered for guests. Live acoustic music - violin, classical guitar, accordion.

Sangeet Ceremony By The Poolside

1. The venue will be prepared by the poolside for the Sangeet ceremony. The venue will be prepared for the Sangeet ceremony. Gazebo (Mandap) will be set up on the stage and will be decorated with red, pink chiffon, tulle and fresh flowers. Specially decorated chairs, mattresses and tables will be set on the stage. Table for Bride and Groom will be prepared specially. Red pink flower decorations will be made inside of red vases. It will be used red glasses, underplates with Swarovski, candle holders. Colourful projectors will light up the stage. The venue will be prepared by the poolside for the Sangeet ceremony. The venue will be prepared for the Sangeet ceremony. Gazebo (Mandap) will be set up on the stage and will be decorated with red, pink chiffon, tulle and fresh flowers. Specially decorated chairs, mattresses and tables will be set on the stage. Table for Bride and Groom will be prepared specially. Red pink flower decorations will be made inside of red vases. It will be used red glasses, underplates with Swarovski, candle holders. Colourful projectors will light up the stage.
2. Round and long tables and chairs will be decorated in the main colour of the bride and groom's dresses. Tables will be decorated with satins and chiffons. Runners will be rolled on tables.
   Big glass vases decorated with local seasonal fresh flowers, will be placed on the tables. Different size small vases also will be decorated with fresh flowers. Underplates and white pearls napkin bracelets will be used. Beautiful Candles will be set up. Golden coloured Tiffany chairs will be decorated with purple and lilac coloured tulles. Chairs will be decorated with the flowers in the same colour as the decoration.
3. Open Buffet – Dinner Reception, Unlimited Local beverage and soft drinks (4 hours) (Menu will be prepared according to demands, cost of the menu will be informed by the hotel together with accommodation cost)
4. Sound System, DJ mixer, robot light show from the ground and DJ (Indian music). You can bring a CD with Indian music you’d like to be played with yourself.

• There would be a romantic atmosphere surrounded 10 barrels of flames.

• 1 Photographer and video shooting with the drone
• An open buffet will be prepared Appetizers, chips, kickshaw, fruits, unlimited local alcohol and beverages. (Cost is included into the accommodation price)

PROGRAM 4 - (3. Day)

Haldi Ceremony (10-12.00 o’clock)

A suitable venue will be prepared at the hall for Mehndi Ceremony. Rugs and mattresses will be placed on the floor. Open Buffet will be decorated with fabric and flowers in colour of decoration.

(We recommend you to bring your traditional accessories for the ceremony).

PROGRAM 5 (3. Day) (Time: 14.00-18.00 o’clock)

Varmala Ceremony at the green area near the seaside.

Wedding Ceremony will start after lunch.

BARAAT CEREMONY

The groom will come to the wedding venue on a white horse, accompanied by 6 Drums and DJ VAN. relatives of the groom will come to the place, where the bride and her relatives will be waiting.
Video shooting and photography and will be taken and aerial video shooting with Drone.

VARMALA (At The Green Area)

1. Traditional religious ceremony: A Big platform at the green area will be prepared and will be decorated with fresh flowers and fresh targets flowers.2 seats will be placed for bride & groom. The venue will be decorated with seasonal local fresh flowers.
2. Bistro tables will be prepared and will be decorated with fabrics for guests who will watch the ceremony by standing. Vases with fresh flowers will be placed on tables. Wooden chairs layout will be prepared for guests to sit during the ceremony and will be decorated with colourful fabrics. The first chairs raw that make walkway will be decorated with flowers.
3. An Altar will be set up on the entrance and will be decorated with fresh flowers and colourful tulles.
4. The Bride will come to the wedding venue in the palanquin decorated with fabric and flowers on the shoulders of 4 Ottoman soldiers
5. 2 white doves will be released by the couple as a symbol for luck.
6. Aerial video shooting by Drone. 3 professional photographer and 2 cameramen will serve Sound system and microphone will be set up.
7. Professional DJ, sound system, microphone and a DJ mixer.
8. Open Buffet: Pastries, Kanepi, Nuts. Unlimited Local beverage and soft drinks. (Menu will be prepared according to demands, the cost of the menu will be informed by the hotel together with accommodation cost)

PROGRAM 6 (3.DAY) - Wedding Dinner at the Entrance of the Hotel

(Time 19.00 – 24.00 o’clock)

At the entrance door of the ballroom, white colour columns will be set up and will be designed by theme coloured satin fabrics and decorate with fresh flowers. 2 sides of the door will be decorated with 4 sizes cylinder glass vases. these vases will be filled with water and transparent Stones. Fresh flowers, Calla, and roses will be putten inside the vases and will be adorned by floating candles.

Between the vases, mirrors will be set up on the floor and candles will be on top of them. The place will be lightened by projectors. The initials of Bride’s and Groom’s names will be written on a special board and will be placed at the entrance. 2 gold coloured jardinieres decorated with artificial flowers will be set up under the board.

Bridal Table

1. The venue will be prepared for the wedding ceremony. A bridal table will be set up on the stage. The Bridal table will be prepared especially in colours of couple's dresses.
   Board will be prepared behind of table with Chiffon drapes. Runners will be laid on it. The table will be decorated with flowers and other accessories. Swarovski stoned under plates will be set up, the napkins will be tied with Swarovski stoned napkins bracelet. Swarovski stoned candles and candle holders also will be set up.
   The stage will be light up with colourful projectors.
2. The venue will be decorated in the main colour of the bride and groom's dresses. Round and long tables will be decorated with satins. Lace runners will be rolled on tables. Big Glass vases decorated with local seasonal fresh flowers will be put on a square mirror in the middle of the table, will be placed on the tables. Underplates and napkin bracelets will be used. Beautiful Candles will be set up. Golden coloured Tiffany chairs will be decorated with vibrant coloured tulles.
3. Special glasses will set for Bride & Groom.
4. Open Buffet – Wedding Dinner Reception Unlimited alcoholic & non-alcoholic drinks (4 hours). (Menu will be prepared according to demands, the cost of the menu will be informed by the hotel together with accommodation cost)
5. Special designed 5-layer wedding cake- it will be decorated with imitation flowers and satin bow ties. + 20 volcano fireworks show.
6. Egyptian Tenure Dance Show (30 min)
7. Professional DJ (Indian music). You can bring a CD with Indian music you’d like to be played with yourself.
8. 3x4=12 m2 LED screen, 2 Truss and lights/8 light spots/sound system/ podium for orchestra/technician
9. Live international music. 8 person orchestra (90 min)
10. Gypsy Dance Group Show at the final of the wedding for 45 min. 5 musicians (live music with Drum, Accordion, Clarinet, Violin, Darbuka), 12 dancers (6 male and 6 female)
11. Special designed Bridal bouquet and the groom’s collar flower. A wristband will be prepared for bridesmaids at the same colour as the bridal bouquet. Boutonnieres for groomsmen. Special garter with Swarovski stones for the bride. Also, garters in the same colour will be prepared for bridesmaids.
12. 3 exclusive professional photographers will take 2000 to 2500 pictures in JPEG format.
13. Professional video recording with Jimmy Jip and actual shoulder camera. (A Wedding Story will be prepared. Original videos and photos taking in all ceremonies will be given in the hard disk.
14. A professional Hairdresser will come to the Hotel for the Bride (Service for 1,5 hours).
15. A professional make-up specialist will come to the hotel for the bride. for 24 hour permanency and for the face mask Fixler Spray will be used. Natural-looking silk eyelashes will be fixed (Service for 1,5 hours).
16. An English speaking member of our Team (wedding consultant) will assist the couple during the day
