Wedding ceremony at the garden of hotel while sunset
- Bride and Groom will come to the ceremony area on a Horse.
- An Altar will be set up at the Garden of the Hotel. It will be decorated with ivory & lavender coloured chiffons and artificial flowers. A wedding table will be set beneath the Altar and will be decorated with ivory & lavender coloured chiffons and artificial flowers. Ring pillow in decoration colour will be prepared. 2 artificial flower decorations on high metal stands will be placed on the left and right of the table. The white laquered chairs will be adorned with bow ties made of ivory coloured chiffon. A white carpet will be rolled out and 6 artificial flower decorations on high metal stands will be flanked to right and left.
- A bottle of special Wedding Champagne for Bride & Groom
- During the wedding ceremony 2 white doves will be released by the couple as a symbol for luck
- Live acoustic music (violin)
Wedding Dinner Reception at the seaside A'la Carte or ballroom of the hotel
- The Bridal table will be prepared special. It will be decorated with ivory coloured chiffon. Ivory coloured lace runners will be laid on it. The tables will be decorated with artificial and fresh flowers and other accessory, under plates with Swarovski will be set up, the napkins will be tied with Swarovski stoned napkins bracelet. Swarovski stoned candles and candle holders also will be set up.
- Table and chairs will be decorated with ivory coloured chiffon. Top of the table will be decorated with pink coloured runners, fresh & artificial flowers and other accessories like candles. Glass mirror Under plates will be used. Bows of satin will be used as napkins bracelet. 6 imitation flower arrangements on long metal stands will be placed on the left and right of the bridal trail. They will be decorated with ivory chiffon bow ties. 8 light fireworks will be placed between the long metal stands.
- Special champagne glasses will be prepared for bride & groom.
- Special Wedding Dinner Reception, unlimited local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. (4 hours)
- Special decorated 3- layer wedding cake
- A bottle of special Wedding Champagne for Bride and Groom
- 6 small volcano fireworks show during the Wedding Cake Ceremony
- Sound/music system, mixer and a professional DJ (International music)
- Special prepared Bridal bouquet with fresh flowers and the groom’s collar flower
- A professional Hair dresser will come to the Hotel for the Bride (Service for 1,5 hours)
- A professional make-up Artist will come for the bride to the hotel Resistant fixing spray will be sprayed. Additional silk lashes are installed. (Service for 1,5 hours)
- An English speaking member of our Team will assist the couple during the day.
- Exclusive professional photographer takes 350 to 700 pictures in JPEG format (Original unrevised photos will be handed out on flash disck!)
- Professional full HD video recording (Original unrevised flash disck will be delivered;)
- A Special Marriage Certificate will be given.
- Flower arrangements and the decoration of the venue will be done by a professional staff.
- Transfer and transportation of the staff/ team and necessary materials.
- Wedding City Antalya Team will come to the Hotel at 10.00, will serve up to 24.00 o’clock.
