“Sofreh” Ceremony on the Hotel’s Beach at Sunset

1. The “Sofreh” place will be decorated with fresh flowers, chiffon and tulle. Silver coloured framed mirror, silver plates, candle holders and candles will be placed on the table. 2 flower arrangements on long metal stands will be arranged. Chairs will be decorated with ivory velvet fabric and ivory chiffon bow ties. The bridal walking way will be prepared with 6imitation flower arrangements on high metal stands flanked to right and left.A white carpet will be rolled out and red rose leafs will be spread on it.
2. Turkish Sweets (Baklava, etc.) and seasonal fruits will be served. For each guest 1 glass of champagne and soft drinks will be served. (The guests can bring additional foods and accessory according to the tradition which can be placed to the “Sofreh” table.)
3. During the wedding ceremony 2 white doves will be released by the couple as a symbol for luck
4. A bottle of champagne for bride and groom.
5. Sound system, mixer and a professional DJ (Iranian and International music)
6. Aerial shooting with dron

Wedding Dinner Reception on the Beach

1. The bridal table will be prepared specially and decorated with ivory-coloured satin and chiffons. Ivory-coloured lacy runner will be placed on it. 2 oval-shaped fresh flowers will be placed on the table. Silver framed mirrors will be placed on the table and glass vases will be placed on top of them. Floating white rose petals and candles will be placed inside vases.
Water and white rose petals will be added inside of 3-sized glasses along with floating candles. 3-sized cylinder glass vases with big candles inside them will be placed between glasses.
2. For the guests, oval tables will be decorated with ivory-coloured satin chiffons and ivory-coloured lacy runners will be placed on them. A big square mirror will be placed in the middle of the table with a glass vase decorated with fresh flowers on top.
The perimeter of the big glass vases will be decorated with 3-sized glasses with floating candles and rose petals inside. 3-sized cylinder glass vases will be placed between the glasses and decorated with large candles.
Underplates will be placed on the tables. Napkins will be decorated with satin bowties in colours of the decoration as napkin bracelets. The table will be decorated with candles. Tiffany chairs will be decorated with satin bowties and gypsum flowers.
3. 6 wrought iron stands decorated with artificial flowers and ivory-coloured chiffon bowties will be placed on the wedding walkway. 8 volcano fountains will be placed.
A special board with the initials of the wedding couple will be placed at the entrance. Two golden-coloured jardinieres will be placed below the board.
4. Special champagne glasses for the bride and groom.
5. Special Wedding Dinner Reception, unlimited local alcoholic & non-alcoholic drinks (4 hours)
6. Specially decorated 3-layer wedding cake
7. A bottle of wedding champagne
8. 6 small volcano fireworks show during the Wedding Cake Ceremony
9. Professional DJ / (Persian and International music)

12. Special designed Bridal bouquet with fresh flowers and the groom’s boutonnière
13. A professional Hairdresser will come to the Hotel for the Bride (service for 1.5 hours)
14. A professional make-up artist will come to the hotel for the bride. A fixer spray will be applied to keep the makeup intact for 24 hours. Additional natural-looking silk lashes will be applied. (Service for 1.5 hours)
15. A bilingual wedding consultant will assist the couple during the day.
16. An exclusive professional photographer takes 750 to 1000 photographs in JPEG format during the bride’s preparation, marriage ceremony and wedding dinner reception.(Original, unrevised photos will be handed out on a hard disk)
17. A stationary professional camera, a professional camcorder, and aerial shooting with a drone. (Original, unrevised photos will be handed out on a hard disk) An 8-10 minutes wedding story clip will be prepared.
18. Flower arrangements and the decoration of the venue will be done by a professional staff.
19. Transfer and transportation of the staff/team and necessary materials.
20. Wedding City Antalya staff will come to the hotel at 10:00 and will serve up to 24:00.
