“Sofreh” Ceremony at the garden while sunset

1. The “Sofreh” place will be decorated with fresh flowers, chiffon and tulle. Silver coloured framed mirror, silver plates, candle holders and candles will be placed on the table. 2 flower arrangements on long metal stands will be arranged near Sofreh place. White lacquered chairs will be decorated with ivory chiffon bow ties. A white carpet will be rolled out and red rose petals will be spread on it. The bridal walking way will be prepared with 6 imitation flower arrangements on high metal stands flanked to the right and left.
2. Turkish Sweets (Baklava, etc.) and seasonal fruits will be served. For each guest 1 glass of champagne and soft drinks will be served. (The guests can bring additional foods and accessory, according to the tradition, which can be also placed to the “Sofreh” Table)
3. A bottle of special Wedding Champagne for Bride & Groom
4. At wedding ceremony 2 white doves will be released by the couple as a symbol for luck
5. Sound/music system, mixer and a professional DJ (Iranian and International music)
6. Aerial shooting by drone.

Wedding Dinner Reception at the Beach A’La Carte Restaurant of the Hotel

1. The initials of Bride’s and Groom’s names will written on a special board at enterance of venue.2 gold colored jardinaries decorated with artificial flowers will be set up under the board.
2. The Bridal table will be prepared special. Ivory coloured lace runners will be laid on it. The tables will be decorated with artificial and fresh flowers and other accessory, under plates with Swarovski will be set up, the napkins will be tied with Swarovski stoned napkins bracelet. Swarovski stoned candles and candle holders also will be set up.

3. The Tables of the guests will be decorated with ivory coloured chiffon and satin. Ivory coloured lace runners will be on it. Top of the table will be decorated with accessory and artificial and fresh flowers. Glass mirror under plates will be set up. Napkins bracelet will be made of bows by satin ribbon in the decoration colour. Beautiful candles are placed on the table. Tiffany chairs are decorated with ribbons of ivory chiffon. A bride walking trail with 6 artificial flower decoration on high metal stands and are set up. They are also decorated with ribbons of ivory chiffon. Between the long metal stands, 8 light fireworks will be placed.

13. Special designed Bridal bouquet with fresh flowers and the groom’s collar flower. ( A wristband will be prepared for bridesmaid’s wrist in same color with bridal bouquet. Boutonnieres similar with bridal bouquet will be prepared for groomsmen). Special garter with Swarovski stones for bride. Also garters at the same color will be prepared for bridesmaids.
14. A professional Hair dresser will come to the Hotel for the Bride (service for 1,5 hours)
15. A professional make-up Artist will come for the bride to the hotel. Kryon brand make-up is available, 24 hours Resistant Spray will be used for fixing. Additional silk lashes are installed. (Service for 1 hour 30 min).
16. An English speaking member of our team(wedding consultant) will assist the couple during the day
17. Exclusive professional photographer takes 350 to 700 pictures in JPEG format during the bride’s preparation, marriage ceremony and wedding dinner reception. (Original unrevised photos will be handed out on CD)
18. professional full HD video recording (original unrevised DVD will be delivered; Video recording will be done with breaks) 8-10 min wedding story clip will be prepared.
19. A Special Marriage Certificate will be given
20. After Party – ( between 24:00 – 02:30 o’clock ) at hotel’s disco with dj and unlimited lochal beverage in all inclusive system
21. Flower arrangements and the decoration of the venue will done by a professional staff
22. Transfer and transportation of the staff/team and necessary materials
23. Wedding City Antalya Team will come to the Hotel at 10:00, will serve up to 24:00 o’clock.
