Traditional Iranian Wedding at the Long Beach Hotel

“Sofreh” Ceremony at the Hotel’s pier while sunset

1. Sofreh Table will be decorated with ivory satin and chiffon, square glass mirrors will be placed in the centre of the table, silver-coloured glass vases will be arranged with fresh flowers. Candlesticks with table-top mirrors, silver trays, silver decorative plates, crystal stones, silver-coloured candle holders, small silver candlesticks with crystal stones will be put on the table as accessories. Designed with ivory-coloured pearls from glass goblets with silver-coloured legs. Glass vases will be decorated with three sizes of ivory colour and three sizes of ivory-coloured flower balls. There will be fresh flowers on both sides of the table with 2 wrought iron. Ivory coloured lacquer wooden chairs will be decorated with ivory chiffon and made into a bow.
2. On the way to the bridal walk, 6 pieces of wrought iron will be decorated with fabric artificial flowers. On the way of walking, the white carpet will be laid on top of the rose petals.
3. Turkish Sweets (Baklava, etc.) and snack varieties will be served. For each guest 1 glass of champagne and soft drinks will be served. (The guests can bring additional foods and accessories that can be also placed to the “Sofreh”, according to the tradition.)
4. During the wedding ceremony, 2 white doves will be released by the couple as a symbol for luck
5. A bottle of champagne for bride and groom. For each guest 1 glass of champagne will be served
6. Sound system, mixer and DJ (International and Iranian Music)
7. Aerial Shooting with a drone.

Wedding Dinner Reception at the Italian A’La Carte of the Hotel

1. The Bridal table will be prepared special. It will be decorated with ivory coloured chiffon. Ivory coloured lace runners will be laid on it. Big oval bouquet of fresh flowers will be placed on the middle of the table. Square glass vases with flowers tied up around them will be placed on mirrors on the table. Crystals and candles will be placed inside of vases. Glass mirror under plates will be set up. Napkins bracelet will be made of bows by the satin ribbon in the decoration colour.
2. The Tables of the guests will be decorated with ivory coloured chiffon and satin. Ivory lace runners will be on it. Middle of the table will be decorated with fresh flowers in big glass vases. Small square glass vases with flowers tied up around them will be placed on top of tables. Crystals and candles will be placed inside of vases. Glass mirror under plates will be set up. Napkins bracelet will be made of bows by a satin ribbon in the decoration colour. Beautiful candles are placed on the table. The chairs are covered with velvet and decorated with ribbons of ivory chiffon.
3. Special champagne glasses will be prepared for the bride & groom.
4. Wedding Dinner Reception, unlimited local alcoholic & non-alcoholic drinks (4 hours)
5. Special decorated 5 layer wedding cake
6. A bottle of Special Wedding Champagne for Bride & Groom
7. 6 small volcano fireworks show during the Wedding Cake Ceremony

9. Belly Dancer Show (for 30 Min.)
10. Special designed Bridal bouquet with fresh flowers and the groom’s collar flower
11. A professional Hairdresser will come to the Hotel for the Bride (service for 1,5 hours)
12. A professional make-up artist will come for the bride to the hotel., 24 hours Resistant to fix spray. Additional silk lashes are installed. (Service for 1,5 hours)
13. An English speaking member of our team (wedding consultant) will assist the couple during the day
14. An exclusive professional photographer takes 350 to 700 pictures in JPEG format during the bride’s preparation, marriage ceremony and wedding dinner reception. (Original unrevised photos will be handed out on CD)
15. Professional full HD video recording at the bride’s preparation, marriage ceremony and wedding dinner reception. (Original unrevised DVD will be handed out)
16. Flower arrangements and the decoration of the venue will be done by a professional staff
17. Transfer and transportation of the staff/team and necessary materials
18. Wedding City Antalya Team will come to the Hotel at 10.00; will serve up to 24.00 o’clock.
